Who we are

The service
BookingGoose gives you a booking page where your customers can see your services and free times and book a time with you. Bookings are added to a BookingGoose calendar in your Google Calendar when you connect it.
- BookingGoose is free during early access. We will tell you at least 30 days before any paid plan applies to you, and you can delete your account before then.
- Prices on your page are information for your customers. BookingGoose does not take payments.
- We work to keep BookingGoose available and your calendar up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is always available, error-free or in sync. Check your Google Calendar for the final word on your day.
Your account
- You sign in with a Google account. Keep it secure; activity in your BookingGoose account is your responsibility.
- You must be at least 18 and use BookingGoose for your business or profession.
- The information on your booking page must be accurate and yours to publish.
Your customers and their data
- You are the controller of your customers' personal data. We process it on your behalf, as described in the Privacy notice.
- The data processing terms in the section below form part of these terms.
- You are responsible for your services, your prices and your dealings with your customers, including cancellations and refunds.
Data processing terms
When we process your customers' personal data for you:
- We process it only to provide BookingGoose and on your documented instructions, which are these terms and your use of the product.
- Our staff and providers who can access it are bound by confidentiality.
- We protect it with appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and access limited to what is needed.
- We use the subprocessors listed in the Privacy notice and will tell you before adding or replacing one, so you can object.
- We help you answer your customers' requests to use their rights, and tell you without undue delay about a personal data breach that affects them.
- When you delete your account, we delete their data, unless the law requires us to keep it.
- We make available the information needed to show we meet these obligations.
Acceptable use
Do not use BookingGoose to:
- offer illegal services or publish unlawful, misleading or harmful content;
- send unwanted messages or collect data you have no right to collect;
